February meeting started at 7:00pm and was held at the Hyde Park VFW on Feb 3rd. There were 4 Mem- bers and 5 officers present
The Secretary reports were read and excepted and the Treasures report was read and accepted after a few changes.
Annual Officers Election:
Casey moved for secretary to cast 1 vote for existing slate of officers. Mike 2nd.
Harley Raffle
We will ask the VFW to advertise our band next year on the sign to help increase door sales. We will order tickets in June for July meeting. Will have tickets sorted and hand everyone tickets and a list of the #s they have. They will be responsible for letting me know if tickets exchange hands or for the ticket money. Discus- sion was had, decided to ask ETA to join us again. Holly will contact them. We will see about arranging the floor so that we don’t have to pay the extra for them to set up early. Ted now has insurance on the bike so we will remove ours. Still need to have Ted sign the release. When Jason/Clarence & Mike go get prices for the bike they will find out the difference in Street Bob
vs a Low Rider.
Toy Run
This years event is 8/13. Decided not to solicit kids to do the shirts. Will have Joe do the design and have shirts and posters match again this year. Holly will ask the food vendor not to sell water as discussed last year. Doug Owen volunteered to be Santa at the event. Holly will confirm with Red Knights they are available to help with parking again. We will use Casey’s generator and play music this year. Keith or Sed will ask Ms Vermont to attend again to. Holly will email about being on the 30 again.

Miscellaneous
Jason will bring Green Mountain Harley calendar of event to the next meeting, try to set 2 dates for us to set up and promote UMV and the Harley Raffle.
Decided to “adopt” the Veteran’s Place– try to get Legion and VFW to do donation boxes with a list of items they need. Gab will do a couple of quits with UMV reimbursing for material. We will do a BBQ for them sometime when the weather is nicer.
Mike will look on Craigslist for some ramps to keep in the trailer.
Next meeting will be March 2nd at the Legion in Orleans starting at 7pm
