Aprils meeting started at 7:00pm and was held at the VFW in Hyde Park on April 6, 2016. There were 8 Members and 4 officers present
The Secretary reports and Treasures report was read and accepted.
Harley Raffle
Holly confirmed the VFW. Discussion was has on whether to get another Street Bob ($13199) or upgrade to a Low Rider ($13899). Richard moved and Mike 2nd to purchase the Low Rider. Jason will deal with Green Mountain to get one ordered. Clarence wants to have a friend give us samples to possible do food this year. He will make arrangements with him.
Toy Run
Mike with discuss the need for parade permits with the sheriffs offices. Disccuss price with Caulkins. Would like whoever we have as a vendor to provide coffee and doughnuts too. Will put on posters this year that no fire arms are permitted on the BCBS grounds. We look into doing TY banner for BCBS and possibly at the state house. Donnie will confirm ice from Tony again.
Scholarships
Set date/time to have to Donnie’s in May Miscellaneous
Waiting to hear from Jeff Cota and Jeff Harper will look into doing an updated “We Ride” video as PSA. Discussed leaving $1000 in the Paypal account to use to make purchases instead of using personal funds. Phil moved to close meeting at 8:20pm. Casey 2nd.
Next meeting will be May 4th at the Legion in Orleans starting at 7pm.
