March meeting started at 7:00pm and was held at the Legion in Orleans on March 2, 20106. There were 5 Members and 5 officers present
The Secretary reports and Treasures report was read and accepted.
Harley Raffle
Jason will work with Green Mountain Harley on a price of a bike this month so we can vote on it at the next meeting. We will have tickets available for the July meeting. Need to think of a door prize costing ~ $150. Gabrielle would like members to provide ticket#s they usually sell or want for themselves and how many tick- ets they will want to help facilitate ticket distribution this year.
Toy Run
Holly with send follow up email to Phil Scott to confirm he will speak this year. Jason & Gabrielle will bring the trailer this year. Will ask if the boy scouts or girl scouts want to set up to sell food etc. Ask Veteran’s Place is they would like to sell raffle tickts.
Scholarships
Due the end of March, Have received a few already. Miscellaneous
Discuss setting up at the Barton Fair with brochures etc to help promote UVM– have members there as we can. Need updated applications, who we are. Will look at getting more bumper stickers or window clings, ket chains etc.
Jeff Cota and Jeff Harper will look into doing an updated “We Ride” video as PSA. Start posting meeting on the Front Page Forums.
Looking into Beast of the East 2017– potential of sending a couple members.

Next meeting will be April 6th at the VFW in Hyde Park starting at 7pm. Remember its burger night!
