March Meeting was held at the American Legion in Orleans and started at 7:10. There were 5 officers and 5 members present.

The Treasurer’s report and secretarie’s report were read and accepted with the correction of the price quoted from the Men’s Auxiliary to $1350

Harley Raffle

Holly will ask Don SR if they are still interested/willing to shop for the bike this year. Ask for price on a bigger one as well– we will make decision on bike size once we have prices.

Phil suggested table be set up length of room instead of width of room– gives more space at tables and between tables.

Gabrielle asked Nomad to join us next year again, waiting for response. Keep eyes open for raffle item $100-125.

Put off discussion with Texas Roadhouse until May.

Toy Run

Food Vendor discussion will wait until next month– though Mike was going to ask someone.

Is BRAC willing to tow our trailer during the parade or do we need to add an additional vehicle in the parade permit?

Monty Advised the Shriners were asked to stage at another location to allow for a more smooth entrance Blue Cross Blue Shield. Their size has caused to many problems in past years to try to stage there.

Will ask Judds and Hartigans for prices again this year.

BRAC:

We will have a tent at there event, any help members want to provide on their own would be appreciated.

Kingdom Thunder:

A few ideas were mentioned, Monty has biker games we can use. Discussed possible use of Fairgrounds in Barton– Jeff will ask mother and have info for next meeting. Decided we need to make a decision at the next meeting if we are going to move forward.

Miscellaneous:

Holly will confirm vendor price for Crossroads Rally. Monty gave info on their 5/17 season kickoff ride. Calcutta is May 3rd at the Elks Club in Barre. Do we want to try to have a group presence at Kamp Ta-Kum-Ta ride in September?
